I also thorned a 2nd vyper going with the ‘less is more’ approach. The over-thorned vyper is on the right.
However I’m beginning to like the over-thorned model, it has a jigsaw feel, like a comic book villain.

I’m not very happy with how this is coming along but I’m not about to try to remove some of the vines and thorns. I was using a small detail brush but I still made the lines too thick.
Heroes?
Are the Blood Angels heroes of the Imperium or are they rage-soaked beasts leashed tightly by their Imperial Masters?

And after applying Doombull Brown to the boots and leather straps/pouches and Seraphim Sepia to the Ruins with Runes that they’re standing on
