Tyranids 2014

These are some of the tyranids I was working on in 2014.

I was just getting started/used to using an airbrush. These are among the first large quantity of models I painted all at once mostly by airbrush..

Are they 9 year ‘Nids if I work on the Leviathian tyranids this year?

Looking at the 2014 photos, 2023-me is saying…what about the claws?? Did 2014-me even paint them? And where’s the contrast? Like, why aren’t the tendrils and innards pink or pink horror?? 2014-me looks very lazy. Probably a minimalist phase. Minimalism . Must have been.

Hogan’s Hive

Hogan’s Hive was built around the remnants of an Imperial Guard field prison during the first Ork invasion of Necromunda. In the decades since it has been a prison, a containment area for plague victims and the stronghold of virtually every gang at one time or another. Currently no gang controls Hive 13.

Startin’ Over

This is a hobby site, I post images of the models I’m working on. Typically these are either Warhammer 40k models or Necromunda models.

This will be a slow-grow site!

I’m “Startin’ Over” because I trashed my previous site while upgrading it and decided it was simpler to start over than to the learn WordPress to the point where I could apply the various fixes suggested in order to save my previous site.

And, I didn’t have a backup (hey, it’s a hobby site).
